Animal Nepal June Update

At one of our partner sanctuaries, run by Animal Nepal, all the rescued equines received their yearly vaccines in June. Vaccinating some of the animals, like Moksh, is always more of a challenge. Moksh is one of the largest, strongest animals at the sanctuary and the entire team of vet technicians had to restrain him so he could get his shot!

Fudge, one of the rescued donkeys, has been experiencing deteriorating health, despite the team’s best efforts to care for him. He has lost most of his teeth and is unable to stand on his own. Sadly, his prognosis is not looking good and Animal Nepal are currently feeding him a liquid diet. We will keep our followers informed about Fudge’s progress.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Animal Aid Abroad’s donors for your continued support, which allows this peaceful sanctuary for rescued equines to continue running in Dukuchhap, Nepal.
