Modern Equine Dentistry Lecture by Dr Kirsten Jackson, Dental Vet

At AAA we all work towards improving the living conditions and health care of the animals that we have shown you over the years. 

Yesterday, some of the vets from countries far and wide such as India and Africa who care for these animals, were lucky enough to be delivered an online lecture by AAA's very own vet Dr Kirsten Jackson. 

Dr Kirsten shared a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in her specialist area of equine dentistry. With plenty of photos that illustrated the many cases that she referred to, Kirsten rapidly disseminated many examples of conditions that may occur in working equines, particularly in developing countries with minimal veterinary care, and how to treat these conditions. 

Those who attended were clearly soaking up the knowledge and question time saw some great online working partnerships develop between Dr Kirsten and the other vets.

We acknowledge and thank Kirsten for her time and expertise, and look forward to more online teaching sessions such as this to enable our vets to continue providing care for our working animals.
