KOARP October Report
For the Kurdistan Organisation for Animal Rights Protection (KOARP), it has been business as usual for the month of October. Dr Sulaiman has been continuing the outreach veterinary work in the field, and during the month of October, he treated 1,239 different individuals, including donkeys, mules, horses, dogs, camels, sheep, goats and cattle. These animals were treated for issues such as colic, eye infections, farrier/hoof problems, fleas, skin issues, worms, wounds and various other diseases.
He also distributed 22 humane nasal protectors for donkeys and horses. This work was carried out across 19 villages and benefitted approximately 71 people.
