Animal Nepal Dukuchhap Animal Sanctuary June Update - Monsoon Hits But Sanctuary Animals Are Right As Rain

The monsoon season has brought some challenges to Animal Nepal's Dukuchhap Animal Sanctuary. Landslides within the sanctuary property caused minor damage to the infrastructure. Thankfully, all the animals remained safe and unharmed.

The sanctuary team has been working hard to repair the damage and ensure the continued safety and comfort of their residents.

Despite the monsoon's impact, the animals at the sanctuary continue to flourish under their care. The sanctuary is particularly pleased to share the remarkable progress of Paulie, an injured horse.

Paulie has been steadily gaining weight and showing significant improvement. Her resilience and strength are truly inspiring, and the sanctuary team is optimistic about her continued recovery.

Regular health checks and care routines ensure all the animals remain in good health. The sanctuary has also been providing extra nutritional support and improved shelter to help the animals through the monsoon season.
