Friendicoes Seca Equine Program Report - June 2022

AAA partner group Friendicoes Seca in India have as per usual been busy on the ground, working to help working animals through their equine program. During June, the team dealt with horses suffering from colic related to heat stress, various lacerated wounds and babesiosis.

The team also rescued a mule abandoned near a metro train station.

Construction of much-needed water troughs has been completed for one, and underway for the second - helping to supply drinking water to working animals who otherwise would go without.
