Star Volunteer - Jessica Boswarva

Jessica Boswarva is the Animal Aid Abroad Star Volunteer for November. Jessica joined AAA at the beginning of the year.
In her own words Jess said -'The sad thing is there are just so many animal charities because there needs to be so many, in fact we need even more, but sometimes it can become very overwhelming spreading your help over so many charities. And when you spread yourself so much you can feel that you are not making the difference you wish you could. I decided to pick one charity that I could focus on as much as I can. I still donate to other charities like the Bear Foundation, the RSPCA (where I did volunteering for over the three and half years when I lived in Kuala Lumpur while I completed my highschool and Greenpeace but it helps to have a focus. Janet the founder is so passionate about AAA and is wonderful to work with. My recommendation to animal carers out there is to pick one or two foundations that you feel a connection to and focus your energy on them so that you make a bigger difference'.
Jessica is 21. She is South African and lived in Kuala Lumper from 14 to 18.
She loves animals, is currently studying marketing and advertising and is a Model for Dene Selby and 1010 Models.
