Equine Report from the Happy Childrens Orphanage in Nepal- Feb 2010

Time goes fast, and the ponies and donkeys are developing well.

I feel a bit awkward, but actually there is nothing special to report in
this short time except that all animals are exceptionally well.

They feel comfortable, are happy and really fine.

Even White Beauty is starting to enjoy the company of the group and is not
that shy and afraid. Poor one, her body shape is so unusual with the bent
legs and exceptionally big belly on the left side.

They all love apples and carrots after having found it a "strange" food at
the beginning. In the last weeks, in the winter time, they had blankets
wrapped around. We were lucky, the eye problems which occur every winter,
were not that bad this time.
