ZeinaWritten by AAA Created Monday, 01 February 2010 A cat with gangrene in her left front limb was found on the streets of Alexandria and was brought to the clinic. Our vet operated on her and amputated the gangrenous limb. The cat, which we called Zeina (Beautiful), was adopted by the organization. From a filthy, emaciated and diseased cat, she grew into a sleek, well-fed, purring mascot of AAE. Although she has only three limbs, she is as agile as any four-limbed creature. She races around, jumps onto your lap, and will even steal the food of others! Zeina is truly beautiful! |
